Fort Garland, Colo. The Trinchera Blanca Foundation, the local affiliate of Louis Bacon’s Moore Charitable Foundation, provided more than $300,000 in 2016 to support community and conservation organizations in Colorado, the majority of which was allocated to groups in the San Luis Valley. The Foundation’s support, critically informed by longtime Trinchera Blanca Ranch leadership, Ty and Alicia Ryland, helped organizations continue to provide critical services, support local communities, enact meaningful conservation projects and protect important natural resources.
